How to order

Orders may be placed ONLINE through GOOGLE CHECKOUT (very easy and secure!), or by mail, phone, fax, or email. Please remember to include your daytime TELEPHONE NUMBER with all orders. Store pick-up available.

Payment: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, personal and company checks accepted. (Google Checkout offers additional payment options)

Shipping: Both INTERNATIONAL and NATIONAL.  Charges dependent on the service, weight and distance of the shipment. Please call for a quote. We ship via UPS, the US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and TNT. Allow 10 business days for delivery. For orders placed through Google Checkout, shipping is calculated as $8 minimum or 10% of the list price. When we confirm your order with Google, we will lower the shipping cost if it exceeds actual shipping and handling.  FOR INTERNATIONAL shipments, please email, call, or fax us, so we can provide a quote for your location.

Messenger: Charges vary according to weight and destination.

Returns: SALE books are non-returnable. All other returns need to be approved before sending the books back.
